Faith Communities and Victim Service Providers: How Can We Connect to Care?

Most faith communities have a compassionate strategy in their ministry work that compliments the mission of victim advocates caring for crime victims. Faith partnerships can provide basic needs for crime victims, including food, clothing, and transitional shelter. They can also provide practical, emotional, spiritual, and financial support in the aftermath of violence and traumatic events.

• This roundtable discussion is a virtual event hosted through the Zoom platform.
